投票规则

本投票方式为大众评选阶段，评选方式由“网络投票 + 短信投票+微信投票”组成，总票数由高到低评选出每个奖项设定名额，晋级单位和成果进入专家评审阶段。 大众评审与专家评审的总票数占比为：专家票数（60%）+大众票数（40%）。

（1）网络投票：

投票以姓名+公司名形式，实名投票。每个IP每天为每个参赛选手/单位限投1票；

（2）短信投票：

发送8026+参赛编号到106695883,每条1元,不含通信费，组委会电话：020-85530605，服务费用由运营商收取。支持移动/联通/电信C网

示例：80261101。每个手机号每天限投15次，当月限投100次。1个短信投票相当5个网络投票。

短信投票不能参与的地区范围：

中国移动：江苏、江西、广西、湖南、湖北、四川、贵州、河南、山东、浙江、福建、内蒙古、黑龙江、陕西

中国联通：山东、辽宁、天津、广东、湖北、贵州、甘肃

（3）微信投票：

1）关注中国照明网微信公众号（微信号lightingchina1996）后，即可进入投票页面参与投票；

2）每个微信号每天为每个参赛选手限投1票。

关于“2015金手指奖”评选严禁恶意刷票的公告

“2015金手指奖”评选活动自启动以来，得到了照明行业各大企业和设计师的积极参与和支持，本次评选一直立足于公平、公正、公开的原则。但是，近期网络投票环节开始出现刷票行为，影响了评选活动的公平与公正，作为评选主办方，我司将保留追究其法律责任的权利。为维护评选活动的公正性，评选委员会特此公告：

1、本次评选活动严禁利用第三方投票公司及各种恶意程序进行集中刷票或买卖票，评选委员会将对活动所有投票数据进行实时监控，我们将对属于是刷票出现的所得网络票进行扣减；

2、特别提醒，对于出现有票数异常的情况，并不代表是参赛选手的意愿。

同时，评选委员会再次就比赛投票规则进行提示，同一台电脑在同一个IP地址24小时内只可投票一次，通过刷票工具或者其他手段获得的票数，系统将会从后台自动剔除。感谢大家的积极支持和配合！
